Well am here to write about Networking. I learnt importance of networking long time back ;-) but realized its importance recently in the fests going on.
So I hope that the fests interest you all and have a couple of them.
Back to networking not going by the technical definition
It is how you socialize, meet people and hardest part creating an impression.
So impression of 3 types
1. Positive
2. Negative
3. No impact at all
Thus your personality matters, as in a class you are just one among the crowd. When you venture out you are bound to discover
· Resources
· Opportunities
· Knowledge
· And obviously people :-D
Once you grab these discoveries VOILA it’s your network. Who knows who, what may be there for you someday?
Exactly! initially days were interesting but as one came closer something called as saturation point is there and thanks to BLOSSOMS fest I met seniors, lucky one of them was from Lucknow.
We gelled so well hehe lucky for me i.e. my friends called networking.
Best part during fests being a junior I learnt a lot, infact went to every department learning (not exactly techy stuff) but how things are organized and conducted not only that due to networking got so many privileges.
Being part of BLOSSOMS ensured i never missed out my opportunities and with networking I got more involved in various activities.
So you see one must have a good network.
